Small parcels

Online orders are generally processed within 2 business days. The delivery of small parcels is carried out by Canpar Courier Service on regular business days (Monday to Friday) between 9 am and 5 pm. In the case you aren't at home for the delivery, the Canpar driver will leave a notice card and make one more attempt to deliver to a residential address. If for any reason Canpar cannot deliver your parcel, it will be returned to Palason with a documented reason.

For your convenience you may choose to have your parcel delivered to your work place, we ask that you provide your billing address (home address) as well as the business address on your order, this is necessary for the verification of your credit card. Don’t forget to include the name of the company as well as your name to facilitate delivery.

Shipping time for Quebec or Ontario is 1 to 2 days. Orders to small centres or remote locations may require extra shipping time. In addition, extreme weather conditions and seasonal peaks may cause delivery delays.

Shipping time for western Canada and the Maritimes is generally 3 to 5 business days.

The number of days required for order processing and delivery is estimated but is not guaranteed.

Upon delivery please inspect your item(s). You will be required to sign a Proof of Delivery receipt. Please note any damage to the item or packaging on the delivery receipt or, if refusing delivery due to damage, please note “refused due to damage” on this receipt.

Oversize items

Billiard tables, game tables, bars and furniture will be shipped by common carrier with curb side delivery, signature required. Curb side delivery service provides delivery of your item(s) to the curb at the end of your driveway. This service does not include set up or assembly of items or removal of packaging materials.

Upon delivery please inspect your item(s). You will be required to sign a Proof of Delivery receipt. Please note any damage to the item or packaging on the delivery receipt or, if refusing delivery due to damage, please note “refused due to damage” on this receipt.

Full delivery and installation services by professional billiard technicians are available in most major cities. If so desired, Palason will refer you to a local professional billiard technician to handle the installation of your billiard table, game table or bar.

In store purchases;

For all purchases made in-store, we offer you various levels of delivery service which will surely meet your needs.

We will schedule your delivery on the day which is most convenient for you. The delivery fees vary depending on the type of product to be delivered and the distance traveled to your area. You may choose among the following service levels offered;

Bronze level delivery service:
The deliveryman will drop the goods in the entrance hall of your house or in the garage. These goods must be deliverable by only one person at the access level.

Silver level delivery service:
The deliverymen will drop the goods in the dedicated room of your house or in the garage.

Gold level delivery service:
The deliverymen will drop the goods in the dedicated room of your house, will unpack and assemble the goods, and will remove all the empty packing materials.
