Delivery Services
For all purchases made in-store or on-line, we offer you various levels of delivery service which will surely meet your needs.In store purchases;
We will schedule your delivery on the day which is most convenient for you. The delivery fees vary depending on the type of product to be delivered and the distance traveled to your area. You may choose among the following service levels offered;
Bronze level delivery service:
The deliveryman will drop the goods in the entrance hall of your house or in the garage. These goods must be deliverable by only one person at the access level.
Silver level delivery service:
The deliverymen will drop the goods in the dedicated room of your house or in the garage.
Gold level delivery service:
The deliverymen will drop the goods in the dedicated room of your house, will unpack and assemble the goods, and will remove all the empty packing materials.

On-line purchases;
The delivery of small parcels is carried out by Canada Post. At the end of your on-line transaction you will be able to select the delivery level for each one of your purchases. In the case you aren't at home for the delivery, you will receive a notice card from Canada Post indicating to you at which post office you will be able to pick-up your purchases.
With regards to furniture and bulky goods; we will confirm the delivery mode and the fees on the on-line order confirmation sent back by email after each transaction.
